We manage HOA elections to remove confusion and avoid the chance of challenges

By strictly adhering to California State regulations and California HOA election laws, we help you avoid costly legal challenges from parties who might contest the validity of how these elections are run. Additionally, we work with your HOA to maximize homeowner voter turnout and achieve required quorum. We don't charge extra if we need to extend the balloting deadline to get quorum (even though this typically costs us more) because we believe that quorum is part of a successful election - and that's you hire us to complete.

Beyond compliance, we also make ourselves available to answer homeowner and board questions regarding the election process, voter eligibility, voter rights, and how ballots are collected and counted. This commitment is often the only step needed to resolve concerns, but we will additionally answer any questions that may come up if an election we manage is challenged. And if any of our elections are ever found to be invalid, we will re-run the election at no cost beyond postage and materials.

 

No marketing to homeowners, no solicitation for property management

We guarantee that we will do no data collection (beyond what's required to validate ballots) from communications related to each election. We take fraud prevention seriously, and no marketing will be sent to homeowners based on their being part of an election.

Additionally, HOA Election Team does not provide any property management services and will not solicit these or similar services from HOAs we work with. We are happy to partner with and support your property management agent with quality elections services, and we work to make these a lasting professional relationship.
