Homeowner Information

Personally Identifiable Information (known as PII) that is collected for the purposes of soliciting and validating ballots will NOT be used for any purposes outside the direct execution of related elections. PII may include such information as homeowner names, addresses, email, ownership status, and relation to candidates. Any direct contact will be limited to the minimum required to distribute, collect and validate ballots related to a contracted HOA board election. These lists will not be marketed to.

Election Data 

Election data that will be provided to specific HOAs and property managers will include aggregated data on: the number of returned ballots, the number of validated ballots, and the total ballot votes cast for each board candidate. No additional information on ballots submitted or not returned will be made available outside a lawful court order for specific information.

In addition, all elections will be conducted using California's required double-blind process, which makes it impossible for specific ballots (and votes) to be linked to any single voter. For avoidance of doubt, no such information will be observed, recorded, collected or shared.

With more than 20 years combined experience at Fortune 100 tech companies, we've learned that the first line of defense for security is to not publicly divulge which companies and services you're working with -- making it much more difficult for scammers. With this in mind, we will not publish or share the names of HOAs, communities or property management firms with whom we have or are working. 

Information Shared on this Site

Information shared by users and prospective users on this site, via email or phone with HOA Election Team will be used for discussion of HOA needs, suitability of services for the requesting HOA or property manager, and any related promotions. Contact information will not be shared or sold.
